Three-week hiatus — The PSL is going on a break to make way for international matches scheduled for early June.

In a press statement released earlier today, PSL Communications Officer Kudzai Bare announced that the three-week break commences on June 1 and runs up to Saturday June 22.

Only a single Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match will be played during the break — a rescheduled match between Herentals and Bikita Minerals set for June 1 at Rufaro Stadium at 1500hrs.

In the World Cup Qualifiers; Zimbabwe will play Lesotho on 7 June, followed by South Africa on 11 June. Both matches will be played at Orlando Stadium in South Africa; as all of Zimbabwe's stadia are currently unfit to host international matches.

Zimbabwe stands 5th in Group C after two matches. The group comprises of Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Benin and Lesotho.
